2nd gen short shifter on e-bay

Normally I wouldn't post an e-bay link, but it's rare to see one this affordable.

Some generic knock-off, but it dosen't matter as long as it fits..

My Miata short throw shifter needed a little sanding & grinding to fit, but it works great.
I got it for $36 shipped, but with no boot.

That is nearly IDENTICAL to the Miata shifter I got for $30. Mine didn't need any sanding. I guess I got lucky.

I just got this item, I will install it tomorrow and post how it fits and if it shortens the shift throw much. For the price I figured I'd give it a try.

it depends on the maker of the shifter, i have seen a few of the miata ones drop in with no modifications according to posters on the thread.
