the apex seal is what goes around the housing that holds the rotors correct... well is bumbing it up to 3mm like uber recomended for a car with about 280 to 300hp ?? can i get buy with 2mm seals ??

 

There's lots of info on this already.
Basically, 3mm withstand detonation better, but don't seal as well. 2mm is perfectly fine if you have a good tune. If you are planning on huge power, with a very on-the-edge tune, 3mm might be a good idea, but far from neccesary. There are people making tons of power on 2mm seals. For the power you want, 3mm is nearly pointless.

if your rotors apexes are not in spec for 2mm, then mill them out to be in spec for 3mm..

but 2mm seals can take what ever you need to hand them.

 

You need to buy the 2mm kit. To use 3mm apex seals, you have to mill out the apex seal grooves.
