speedo died - what speed @ what rpm?

Hi all, my speedo is dead cause it came off at the tranny, and there are no gears or anything at the end of the cable so im guessing that they fell / broke off.

Anyways, I still have to make a long 3 hour drive 2day, and although I will be trying 2 figure out my speed by timing the mile markers, I was wondering if you guys could give me some speed calculations by their RPM?

Such as,

(This is just a guess im sure im way off)
MPH GEAR RPM
35 3 3000

this will help me a bunch thanks!

ok so (this is for me and maybe someone else? ) but I will be looking at my laptop on my trip to verify things. My 88 GTU n/a tranny gear ratios are

1st 3.475
2nd 2.002
3rd 1.366
4th 1.000
5th 0.697

But I do not seem what my differencial gear ratio is for an GTU (I have LSD im not sure if that matters) Does anybody know?

Guys thanks seriously for such fast responses.

I think you should have either a 3.90 or 4.10 gear. 3.90 is an auto gear I think, 4.10 and 4.30 came in straight drives.
