2500rpm idle (all the time)
Posted before, and did some searching. Fixed all my other problems but not I'm trying to pinpoint why the BAC system is malfunctioning.
Anyway come across the idle sticking at around 2k-2500rpm.
If I unplug the bac, it idles normally, so I'm just curious as to what the problem may be. Stuck air valve for the cats?
The BAC gets a constant 12v power (from volt meter readings).
Checked resistances of the BAC and the air valve and thy are within spec : /
I just did an engine swap and had to put my old (working) bac onto this motor. And its not working problerly. Anyone know what the voltage to it is supposed to be when the car is warm? IF its not 12v then I'll have to check EVERYTHING that could tell the ecu to bump up the idle.
Car runs fine without it and I think its better because of it no longer having the 3k rpm startup (i have no cats :P, so no worries)
