Do what I did..

Get a Stage 3 6-puck clutch & pressure plate, get a new master/slave cyl and brake booster, and some Racing Beat DTSS bushings (rear toe eliminator's).

****, i drift on the interstate!

With just that, it breaks loose when its raining out, if you do this, you'll have to start rev matching, its like driving a street bike after that.

forgot to mention what I didnt get and should have when I installed the clutch, get the tourqe brace for the motor, that sob hits the firewall every time i let it rip. It will destroy your motor/tranny mounts if you dont.

First of all, you should get a good quality suspention - coil-overs and some good struts - and get an LSD (or rebuild the one you have). Also, you have to do the reliability mods. I have never had anything break on my car (except an apex seal due to stupidity) because the previous owner replaced all the wear items and took good care of it.
After you've done that, get a good quality rebuild with a streetport, open up the exhuast and get a cone filter, nothing fancy. While your at it, replace all the mounts with competition ones because they will take a beating.
As stated you don't need huge power to drift. I have basically what is listed here and I guestimate I was putting down 150-160 at the wheels, but I had a good powerband. Even with that power, it was no problem breaking the rear end loose, and I had some good tires. Just remember the key to drifting is skill and practice (and a good car setup doesn't hurt), not power.
