Yeah TiGer, thats what they are. Another genious shows his knowledge. And DrewD, thanks for the advice. Got some complete opposite answers from a few personal friends. One of them drives race cars, not the big boys, and from one who works on them. Whose to say, so I emailed the manufacturer of the nitro fuel, and see what they say. And my mistake on the percent. I had 10 %, not 20%. My planes run on 10, and son's car is 20. We have been racing his so much, I assumed. Sorry for the wrong info. But I will post with manufacturer's reply.

The amount of nitro you had in there wasn't likely enough to make a major difference in combustion, considering it was likely something around 2% or less of your total fuel in the engine. I'd also expect your "performance increase" was placebo.
