Average shop, like the one down the street?&nbsp They probably can't do it.
Average rotary specialist shop?&nbsp You're looking at around $1,000 for labor and another ~$1,000 for all new internal seals and gaskets.

and how much would it cost me and how hard is it to install a stock tII turbo on the same car.
Stock Zenki turbos are a dime a dozen - literally.&nbsp Stock Kouki turbos and turbo manifolds average about $400 a set.&nbsp You'll need a custom spacer to get the turbo manifold and turbo to clear your stock LIM (stock NA block), but almost everything else is a bolt-in affair.&nbsp You'll need to drill&tape for oil inlet/outlet and coolant inlet/outlet though, which should not cost that much in parts.&nbsp This doesn't include anything about getting it running...

Oh, and to the other guy, I do rebuilds as well, in the $1000-1500 range, depending on what you have and what you want. If interested contact me hypntyz@charter.net
