2 questions about easy free engine mods

Lightbulb 2 questions about easy free engine mods

this guy told me 2 things i could do to my s4 engine 1 put a clamp on the return fuel line and tighten it alil bit for more feul pressure , he siad it wopuld save the rear rotar from getting screwed, 2 in the throttle body he said to diconnect/ or take out the 2 rear butterflies. but im not sure exactly what that does i was wondering if that stuff really works?? pm me if u know exactly how to do it ples cuz i donno where the return line is and how to disconnect the butterflies! thanks

Okay, I would stay away from these idiots.
Yes, this will raise fuel rail pressure.
Raising the fuel rail pressure will cause the engine to run rich.
An engine running rich will lose power, and mileage will drop.
In extreme cases, it'll foul your spark plugs, and you'll think you just killed your engine.

This is really a stupid method or trying to attack the problem.
If you all maintained the cars in top shape and don't do stupid **** like holding the engine at the rev limiter all day, then we wouldn't have to worry about things like this.

As for the TB, there are 2nd throttle plates ease the flow of air into the engine and keep it from going strait lean when you left off the gas. I removed mine.

You don't want to remove the REAR throttle plates, bad idea, you remove the FRONT ones called the secondary plates.

the 2 plates side by side right, and the guy told me to bring him the meltal thing near the air cleaner and he said he would lol beef it up or somethign but he does work at a garage and has a t2 he gave me his number he said he could get me a header cheap.

i now know wich butterfly plates i read the site that dDub gave, i was verry confused about it and now its clear. thanks for the info.
