2 problems Neeed Help

Problem 1:
My left turn signal was never working since i picked up this car.I have changed the bulbs front and back still doesnt work.I changed the signal switch inside the car but after changing neither right or left worked so put the old one in and still only right works.I here it click but left turn light doesnt light up inside the car or outside.Any one no what can fix this?

Problem 2:
My oil level light comes on somtimes when im driving or just at idle.It kinda just flickers on and off sometimes stay on for a few seconds.I put oil in the car but it would still show up this is everyday when im driving. There isnt any oil leaking anywhere not sure of oil seal in the motor but never any smoke out of the car.Need help?

Do your hazard lights all work including the two lights in the gauge cluster?

Is this an S4 or S5? Do your hazard lights all work including the two lights in the gauge cluster.

There is a difference in the wiring diagrams between an S5 equipped with an air bag and those not equipped with an air bag. Which do you have?

You maintain that the little signal light (left one) does not light up when the hazard lights are engaged. Do all of the exterior lights related to the hazards work though?

As I understand it, none of the left side exterior lights work that are related to the turn signals and hazards as well. Going from this you need to check two wires at the bottom of the CPU related to turn signals/hazards. This plug has 7 wires and the two wires you want to focus on are Green/Red and Green/Black with an emphasis on the Green/Black wire. With key to on and the turn signal in the left turn position check the G/R wire for battery voltage as it should be present. This is basically a formality to check as there is a good chance there is proper voltage but it would be best to check on the safe side. After checking this wire then check for voltage on the G/B wire. You can check for voltage in one of two ways. Either with the key to on and the turn signal to the left turn position or instead with no key necessary and the hazards on. Under either scenario there should be voltage present on the G/B wire. If there isn't then the circuit board has either a cold solder on the G/B pin or the board is damaged. There is little ample space to work with so a paper clip bent in the proper configuration and inserted into the bottom of the plug at the proper wire will work but be careful to not to accidentally ground the paper clip and then use the clip to take the voltage from.

If you want to check the viability of the wiring to the exterior lights and interior left turn signal you could jumper a wire between the Black/Blue wire ( found in same plug as the other two wires already mentioned) and the Green/Black wire. No key is necessary and the lights which have not been turning on, exterior and interior, should light up.

a simpler start would be to backprobe the connections at the turn signals themselves to see if you are getting voltage and ground, could be a grounding issue or low amperage due to the crappy junctions in the FC wiring harness which is basically a brass crimp which tends to corrode if water gets into the wiring.
