1st Gear keep poping out

I recently have a new clutch installed. Since then my 1st gear would pop out when the weather and car is cold. But once it's warmed up, it would be ok. Does anyone have any idea what this could be. I'd replaced my tranny fluid with Redline MT90 and it did help.
