1991 Mazda rx7 convertible won't start

Hey guys I'm new and learning about the rotary. I have a 91 as the title states. I'm having issues getting her to crank over. I deflooded the engine 3x's and normally it would do the trick. This time it's not budging at all. It ran fine prior to this incident and check all spark plugs which it shows and smells fuel is reaching. The only thing is that I'm worried about was last time it started it had a bunch of white smoke coming out of the exhaust which means coolant. Please tell me if it's still manageable and can drive or is this a sign of a rebuild.

Pull all the spark plugs, remove the EGI fuse, and crank it to blow any liquid out of the chambers. Squirt a small bit of engine oil in each housing, put new plugs in and try to start it.

Should I add any 2 stroke? Or just regular 10w 30

Engine oil should work. It will help build compression back up since the fuel has probably washed away the oil from the OMP.

Hey my dude, so I just changed out the old spark plugs and wires to the new ones. Still getting the same results even after changing it. Tried for about 20 mins and it feels like it wants to turn over but not enough strength to do so. I'm going to check the fuel pump next. If you have any info or recommendation I'm an all ears and heart!

Are your plugs wet after trying for so long?

Hey man sorry for the late response. Hurricane season in Florida. Lol. Today I was able to get under the hood and check the spark plugs. They were dry.

Man, what a nasty storm.

So you crank and crank and your plugs are dry? I think it's time to start working on the fuel system.

Check line pressure.
