1990 Turbo CPU Soldering

Here's a question for those who have replaced the wiper switch relay, fixed the cold solder points in the warning cluster for the clock, and fixed the cold solder points in the CPU.

I have done the wiper and clock and would like to know how difficult you think doing the CPU is compared to the other two. I feel somewhat apprehensive about doing it myself since it is the CPU. Do you think that by fixing the other two problems "qualifies" me to be able to work on the CPU?
