Help! I have had my 90 for 4 years and 72k+ miles now without a problem until last month when the tranny got stuck in 5th gear while i tried down shifting and it will not shift out. I have dropped the tranny and before i take it apart I would like to know if anyone has had the same problem and a fix. THANKS !

 

Can you shift it when the car is off?

 

broken shift fork? thats whats wrong with my trans right now. just a guess tho.
