Headlights

Does any one know if its possible to intercept the relay or do something of the sort so that i could turn my headlights on but they stay in the down position? THis is plainly for looks, i would still want to put them up an nihgt so i could see the road. Basically im looking to be able to do what u can with the passing light flash only all the time with just turning the lights on. Doses anyone know what im talking about?

i believe if you just want them to stay in the down position, pull the 30A retractor fuse under the hood

I bought a headlight switch that was modded [http://www.mazdamark.com/hid_lights.htm] 50 bucks and u can turn the lights on without hacking up stuff. I love the look and its practical.

Well, when I bought my car, the FTP's were gone and the headlights didn't popup. It took me about half a second to realize there's a connector for the headlight motors on either side that were unplugged, keeping them down.

I don't know if that's exactly what you're looking for, but on my car they were fairly large white connectors. Just try and see if that does the trick (the headlights will still light up).

there is a way. you find the power line for your headlight motor. you splice it. run a wire to switch and back. do it to both sides. turn off switch when you wnat them to stay down.
