TX 1989 GTUs Sirius Radio Install //Security Question

I have a 89 GTUs 40.1k mi. with the stock radio. I want to install a Sirius unit. As the car is currently unmolested, I want to keep the install as clean as possible. Does anyone have suggestions as to which model integrates best within the dash area. What is the best way to route the antenna?
Secondary question: Is the stock security system any good? I'm looking for a low cost/but effective system to keep the car in the driveway overnight.
Thanks

In my honest opinion, you need absolutely the most invisible system possible. I would probably use a portable unit with the FM modulator so I could take it with me. I travel for a living and park 2-3 times a week in hotel parking lots. I have never left my gps, cell, XM radio etc in the car overnight and I have never had a break-in.

Yes, I know it doesn't sound as good as it could. If it is visible, someone will brick your window or jack your door and steal the system.

Security system? Ha! Carry and conceal baby+Doberman/Rottweiler mix!

Seriously, put the car inside, add an ignition cut switch, add a fuel cut switch. The possibilities are endless.

Good luck, welcome to the board.
