Stupid question, but I'm wanting to break my motor in NA. Will this Header bolt up with no problems??? Please no flames just answer the question

Im pretty sure it's direct boltup but dont have experience with it.

i didn't know you could run a TII without the turbo on it. Wouldn't it run really rich?

No, it will just run as if you are never taking it into boost.
