1988 RX7 buzzing from relay

1988 RX7 buzzing from relay
I just replaced my headlight switch with a rebuilt one from 13betc and as soon as I hooked the battery up the relay (bo82) started buzzing and won’t stop. Any ideas? Bad switch?
