I have a 1986 n/a fc I bought 2 weeks ago not running. I have fully rebuilt the motor do to low compression and now it runs and drives if I pull start it. But I can’t get the car to idle or start with a key.

i have deleted all the emissions on the car, all the vacuum nipples are capped and there are no vacuum leaks. Including the air pump, I originally had the bac valve blocked off but now have it back on the car. The previous owner did a lot of ghetto stuff to the car. The fuel pump is wired to a constant with a relay.
