Unhappy 1500-2000 Idle hesitation.. !! :( !!

I've had this problem ever since I got the car rebuilded, after blowing seal and scraching housing.. Everything is now replaced.. My car starts fine.. It goes all the way up the 3000 rpm when warming up and then slowly back down.. bUT My Rpm is waving up and down.. I've already up 500 miles on it.. I have not beaten it, Just waiting to sinck in `1000 Miles. ever since the begining my car has been doing it.. i had the trotle sensor replaced, The BAC Replace, I'm about to do it again, but ill put a N/A BAC on it. Bought starting Spray fluid thingy and sprayed it all over the hoses to see if it was a Vaccum. replaced the Intake Sensor and air flow meter and still nothing.. replaced the hoses to the turbine since they tend to crack once they are old. just bought an MSD 6A 6200 its on its way.. (dont think its electrical Problem) ......the Brrrmm..Brrmm..Brrrm....Brrmm.. Drives me INSANE!!! i even lost interest for some time now to even drive it..!! AHHH!!! I spent 1500 bucks on rebuilt, the car runs great.. but The Brrrmm..Brrmm..Brrrm....Brrmm.. Drives me INSANE... HELP PLease.. I've tried it all..(so i think...) help...

If i cant find the problem.. Im going to remove the intake manifold and trotle.. and clean it and get it to specs.. Thanks..
