13bt rebuild with 13btt rew parts

Is this possible ? can i use s6 housing on an s5 motor. parts like oil pumps , water pumps etc. If yes, what are the pro and cons. I`m asking because I`m ´bout to send my motor to get rebuild and I´m looking for some ideas to pull as much HP and reliability from this motor at the same time.

The S5 motor internals are almost exactly the same as the 13brew so there are no real advantages

You cant swap irons, the port layout is totally different. You can't swap the rear rotorhousing, as it wouldnt have the t2 coolant passage for the stock turbo. You could swap the front rotorhousing for a stronger/longer lasting compression surface, but it wont do you any good without the rear to match. The rotors, are the same. The e-shaft is the same. The stationary gears are hardened, you could swap those, but then you must use the FD front bearing/spacer/counterweight as well. You can't use the front cover, oilpan, etc. You can use the flywheel which saves you 2lb over a stock s5 t2. That's about it.

Short answer, no.

Basically, only the rotor housings swap over, but read the cavaet from Rotary Resurrection above.

parts like oil pumps ,
No, the oil pumps are slightly difference and are mated to different flanges on the front iron.
The oil pump "rotor" is 17.5mm for both, IIRC, so performance is not increased anyways.
You're better off "porting" the oil passages.

water pumps etc.
No, not unless you swap over the water pump housing studs (they are longer for the FD), and the water pump housing.
Swapping the water pump housing also will relocated the radiator hoses, so you need to address this.
On top of everything else, the FD water pump is reverse rotation, so even though everything fits at this point, you basically have to change out the main pulley and alternator pulley to handle the serpentine belt normally used on an FD.
Bottom line: too much pain in the ***

Why don't you tell us how much power you're looking to make?
About the only FD part which I recommend using for all FC applications is the *corner seal springs*.
Almost everything else is comparable to FC parts.

I´m asking all these questios because i´ll be using a GT40R to make at lease 450 Hp .And i´m not trying to hold noting back when I rebuild my engine.

Is that 450 at the rear wheels?
If so, that's some serious power levels you're looking at.
I would recommend at least a Kouki 13BT due to the stronger internals and irons.

If it's 450bhp at the flywheel, either 13BT engine will work, but you need to keep detonation in check.

I am doing a similer setup with my motor. I just bough tthe engine and it is getting rebuilt. They guy who is doing the rebult is going to use S5 Housing with s4 rotor. This is a good setup for power range of 450hp
