13bRE rats nest removal -- same as 13bt or 13brew?

Working on the rats nest / emissions removal for my RE, but not sure which plan would be better. I assume they're all pretty dang close to the same, but which engines would be more alike in respect to the vac hoses? I'm assuming 13brew is closer since they'll both have twin turbo crap on them.

I know I need to search, but wasn't sure if I should search the 2nd or 3rd gen forum for the info. If anyone has already done the RE, please let me know or point me in that direction.

Also, a bit of info, decided Saturday to NOT leave the stock twins on -- was going to convert to non-seq, but decided its worth the effort to go single. So picked up a TO4E and am now searching for the manifold to put it on!

Wish me luck -- I'll have pics later.

Hi. Whatever you get rid of, I can use. I had an underhood fire - ouch! Let me know what you have from the 13BREW. Anything would help.

He has a 13B RE, different from REW, but you may still be able to use some of the parts.

Send you the whole mess if you want it. As long as I get it running smoothly, I won't keep anything -- but as Rx7Nub said -- not sure what is interchangeable.

13bRE is the TT Cosmo engine. 13bREW is the S6 (FD) engine.

the rail is in 3 peices, you can unbolt the solenoids and leave the fuel lines. it works great

The systems on the FD and JC engines are very similar. You'd be very lucky to find an English workshop manual for a JC, but you can download the EFI chapter of the FD manual from www.iluvmyrx7.com and use that as a guide.

Can anyone confirm if the FD and the JC use the same oil metering pump? I need to recoup some of my costs.
