Unhappy 13b Swap electrical prob

I've almost got this engine working...

Got the engine in with all electrical.

My problem is that I'm reading nearly 12volts from the sensors on the #2 ecu plug when they should be reading less than 12volts.

Not sure why this is? One thing I know that I have left out is the air bypass relay... could this be the problem?

Will any relay replace this, can I buy one from the auto store? Or do I need the specific mazda relay?

I thank you for your time... I've only got about 2 more day to get this done or else that's it for my 7
