is a 13b na block the same as a turbo II block?

i'm putting a turbo II engine in my '90 rx7.... is the 13bna block the same as turbo II block? will the turbo exhaust manifold and intake bolt up to the 13b na block?

no the blocks arent the same. the t2 is a lower compression engine and is a 4 port where as the n/a block has 6 ports and is a higher compressor engine
