The 13b will need the counter weight and Flyweel off of your current motor. All you need to do is swap them over. I am not sure about thrust bearing. Somebody else will chime in.

You'll need the thingiey with the stuff in it, you know, the thing that goes round and round...
let me think, Torque converter! That's what I was trying to say! You'll need to swap the flywheel and counterweight for the pressure plate and counterweight on your old engine. you'll also need to swap throttle bodies as well. The one on the AT is slightly different. Don't forget to run the vacuum line from the engine to the tranny, or things won't work right.
Am I forgetting anything?

^^^No, you pointed out a few thingy's that were being overlooked.
If the guy just swaps the thingy's fromt he old engine to the new it should be pretty self explanatory.

i would rather have a 5 speed. but i dont want to bother with making new mounting brackets,,(manual tran is longer right)?also it cost more money, and i need to run lines and put a clutch peddle in and ****. just rather have my car work, because having a car that runs is more important to me, i dont have a garage or shed to do it in , and changing the engine in a parking lot alone isnt fun at all, so basicly i dont know what im gona do..

As several people mention before, the pilot bearing and its seal will get in the way of the torque converter, because the converter has a stub that goes into the crank shaft and its as big as the opening in the shaft. The bearing and seal make will block the stub from going all the way in. When I rebuilt the engine in a car that had an auto tranny, I used a different crank shaft and I didn't notice that there was a pilot bearing and seal still in there and I ran into the problem with the torque converter.
