Question Wtf?

Ok, so mazda takes my car and says they can fix the seat belts. 4 hours later i get a call and say, good news, we have all the parts we ordered installed. Bad news is the recall dosnt cover some kinda of a module for them. What the hell is that? They said they would have to charge $540 to order one. Is this a load of b/s or what? Somebody please help me.

If the Mazda dealership won't fix it, or tries to charge you for it; get the dealerships name, address, and the name of whoever told you they wouldn't do it, and send it to an e-mail address (it was in the post before). If I remember correctly, the address you send it to is a higher-up in Mazda-USA
