What years to be exact did not have the diffusers in the exhuast sleeves besides all the turbo's?

I was under the impression that ALL N/A 13b housings had exhaust sleeves.

Not the exhuast sleeve the deffuser that is inside the sleeve that restricts exhaust flow

all FC non turbos have a defuser in the port... and it doesn't restrict exhaust flow, it lowers the sound output.
