I have recently acquired a 1986 RX7 with 78k miles on it. While it is mechanically sound, there are numerous little issues that need to be fixed (horn, idiot cluster, antenna, map lights, high beam etc). My wipers are one of them. When I turn the wipers on, it makes a "buzz" sound, but they don't move. I checked fuses first, then bought a new wiper motor. This did not solve the problem. After reading similar threads, I came to the conclusion that it may be the wiper switch itself. Therfore, I ordered a rebuilt one from 13betc.

It has been over a week and I have had no contact from him AT ALL. I sent emails before and after my purchase to no avail. Besides the order confirmation from his website and paypal stating that my money was gone, nothing.

Has anyone bought and received anything from him within the last 3 months? He offers goods and services for the FC platform that are very beneficial. However, it seems I may need to go elsewhere for my needs. I appreciate any insight in advance.

 

Not to bash the guy, but I had the exact same experience. Emails, phone calls, even found a second email listed for him all went no where. Filed a PayPal complaint to get my money back and low and behold I started to get emails from him. If it takes a complaint to light a fire in a business owner I paid and received no service, I would stay away. I got my money back and fixed the part myself. Good luck
