List looks right. As for as plugging the primary holes I've seen plugs for sale just dont remember what site it wason but some guys will use old bolts that fit snuggly in the holes and some RTV -I've used the black gasket maker stuff w/ no problems. I'd save yourself some serious cash and get yourself the "newer Holley's" as they are very simple to tune and superior in quality to the dinasours RB sells.

Also if your not using the aux.port sleeves consider smoothing out the 5th and 6th ports w/ devcon for smoother flow. If you decide to keep the sleeves Pineapple inserts help w/ flow as well.

Can't put sleeves in with the rb intake anyway. He is referring to the Holley Avenger, personally I'd go with and Edelbrock thunder series 550. As for the injectors, you should be able to buy plugs like I have, check with Dan Atkins.

I used the aux.sleeves w/ the Jaytech intake w/ no problems at all. Yes I was refering to the Holley Avenger but there are other Holley's also that are years ahead as far as tunabilty than RB's "modified" Holleys at about 1/2 the price.
