13.9@6psi of boost 88 turbo II

My nephews turbo II runs 13.9@6psi using the stock turbo. Stock intercooler, stock ecu nothing much but a ported engine and some gsl-se secondary injectors.

60ft. 2.0
330ft. 5.8
1/8 mile. 8.9
mph 77
1000ft. 11.7
1/4 13.9
mph 98

looking to upgrade turbo, front mount intercooler, then raise the boost to 12psi and a 125 nitrous shot, using the stock ecu and air flow meter. trying to put the turbo II in the 10.90 range..

i'll keep updating as we go..

I built a 10th anny for a guy a couple years ago with stock ecu, stock injectors, stock turbo, and stock intercooler that ran 12.8s. The only real mods were streetport, walbro with rewire, clutch, intake/exhaust, and removed emissions. I think it was running around 13-14psi. After a while he broke the rear iron at the dowelpin during launch, and hasnt put it back together even though I put another plate on it.

i trapped 102ish with a non-ported, stock intake, s5 t2 engine... 2.5 dp, mp, tp, rp catback, walbro, and f-con... no FCD. its at around 6psi since it doesnt have the stock electronic boost controller on it.

I just find it interesting that rotaries can get such hp numbers with so little boost.

no offense but you won't do a 10.9 on it with the stock turbo even with the nitrous, porting can add a bit of power but not that much let alone the traction it requires to get into that range as well as car lightening and the things that will be breaking continuously. a stock body FC you would probably need about 500RWHP to net those numbers, those mods will not do that.

and yes i know who you are.

gutted out car? maybe. stock trim? nope.

If Judge Ito says it could be done you better believe he'll do it!
