12's with a turbo II??

i was wondering, i found a turbo II that looks to be in pretty ratty condition on the side of the road, and i was wondering how hard it would be to get this car running in the 12's i know stock their supposed to run 14.5's??? so about how much cash, and put where, would i need to make this a mid to low 12 sec car?

ive seen 12s on stock turbos but doen suggest it. thats pushing the limits of a stock turbine. overall its not that hard to get one into 12s. full exhaust, intake, some fuel mods, at least a hybrid turbo. all that isnt hard and isnt expensive. oh and tires wouldnt hurt.

A good fmic makes it alot easier and more safe. My goal is 12s too(for now). I plan all the mods in my sig. a catback, upgraded turbo/ported wastegate and a boost controller. I'm hoping all that will get me there.
