It'll bolt up to any rotary engine, you can swap the tail shaft from the 13b transmission onto the 13a, this will allow you also to keep the same transmission mounts.
You'll also get the advantage of more aggressive gearing with the 12a transmission.
However, I'm not sure how you mix and match the clutch slave/line, it may all bolt together or may not.

Thanks for the reply Jager. I think I might have found a way to mount the 12a tranny on the FC chassis. I just need to figure out the driveshaft. I found this mount online that looks like somone mod to hold the 1st gen tranny mount using a FC tranny brace.
Just swap the FC tailshaft onto the FB tailshaft. 1st generation guys do it all the time to fit FC transmissions into FB's etc. Then you can reuse your mounts.
Up to you though sir. You'll probably need to replace the transmission mounts anyways.
