what RPM and gear are you in at 110-120? Is this during a track session?

Probably a missfire at 5000rpm under heavy load.

Does it seem to make power fine up high in other gears? check the high RPM stuff... aux ports, etc.

Rotfl.

No one is jealous, they just think you're an idiot. "Oh maaaan, I am SOOOOOOOOOO f'ing cooool man. I like, ROCKED this CRX at like... 180mph I was FLYING man. Soon as I get some NAAAAAAAAWZ im gonna hit the mid 9s YO!

btw my car hez BUCKING, it doesn't run right? why izz dizz??"

Before I had a speedometer I drove home on the 405 one time at 2am at 5500rpms... in fifth... the entire way... I was in a hurry and I figured it would be about 90-100... I hit a little past 6k on a downhill and didn't go any faster because I could feel the lift starting on the front tires.

So you're so cool, that when you "race"... you are SLOWER than the speed I was cruising home at.

I'm sure the other people here have similar stories, they just aren't airing them out for everyone to hear because it's stupid to drive that fast and it's not something to be PROUD of.

Get a civic, ricer.

your car probably isn't running correctly. NAs should pull evenly across the powerband up to the high RPMs.

Hey Bob (Gary), I guess its a feat when you have an NA. I was in LA this past weekend and on my way back to AZ, I was cruising at 125-130 in the desert. Hit 140 a few times but I guess thats not super ultra mega freaky deeky fast for a TII.

Oh well, anyways. If your can in bucking, then I'd fix it. Also, if you're going to drive that fast, then definitely invest in some suspension and aerodynamics.

???!?

No it isn't!

Not in my car anyway... I have a working speedo now. It's about 120. 6k was about 125-130 not sure exactly.

I do have a weird collection of stuff in my car... there was suspicions my tranny was rebuilt with different gearing by a school where it was found... but then the rear seal is bad and it's leaking... I'm gonna end up destroying the bitch. No time/money to be fixing it right now (yes I know how easy it is). =/

EDIT: and as far as you guys hitting 140... damn your turbos! heh. I also do not have an under-belly plastic guard on my car, stock ride height... generally not doing too well on the aerodynamic front. =) And if you've ever driven from irvine to LA on the 405 (thats where I was going) you probably wouldn't want to hit 140 anyway... man those roads suck.

sounds like you are having load issues... maybe with fuel or spark. get a digital spark box and replace fuel filter/ upgrade fuel pump.

Partially clogged cat? Really dirty air filter? Clogged fuel filter? Bad ignition? I dunno, start troubleshooting.

Umm... my pretty much stock S4 NA does 130+ without any problems.
