10th ae problem clutch problems

I am pulling my hair out on this one.Picked up a 10th ae seems to be in nice shape. Was told it needed a clutch.Get the clutch out and notice someone had cleaned the shield off when I got the clutch out it was covered in oil pretty good. The problem I noticed was the rear main seal looked pretty new along with the clutch. This got me worried. The reason I was changing it out was because I could hear the bearing when the clutch pedal was not pressed in and of course it was slipping.I replaced the rear main seal ,had the the flywheel done and changed out the clutch.Well not as bad but still hear the bearing or something when the clutch pedal is not mashed in.i was told there is another seal but I will be damned if I can figure out what other seal on the back of the motor could be bad and causing a leak anyone got a clue what could be going on.

Oil can get into the clutch area by the rear main seal of the engine, the front main seal of the trans, or contaminated during install.

My car does the same thing and from the research i have done it is the input shaft bearing on the tranny that is causing that bearing noise, I may be wrong but i have spentdays searching on here about that and thats what i have come up with.
