instrument panel not working

instrument panel not working

the only thing i moved was a ground plate under car any body know what would cause this fuse,relay,ground or what any help appreciated

The instruments/meters/gauges work off the.......you guessed it, the METER fuse.

Maybe you could ask your question in a different manner? It makes little sense the way it's written now.
