Hay all i have a 88 turbo 13b and i have no idea whats rong with it.I took it on as a project car and when i got it it would move and now it wont lol.The clutch went out of it a few months after i got it but thats not the problime.When i first got it it ran but ran very rough the RPMs would jump up to like 2 grand then drop way down below 500 sometimes it would even die.But after the clutch went out it sat but i would start it every couple of days and after a while it would start but have no idle at all so it would die kinda like it wasent getting gas and now it wont start at all...anyone got any ideas on what to do????

 

I don't have a turbo, but it's always good to do a compression check. If not to fix your problem, just for general knowledge.

 

You may have flooded the car. Check the FAQ for the unflooding procedure, then once the car is running, check your TPS (again, search in the FAQ). This problem may be the result of a number of things, so be patient and check through the site for more answers to our problems. Good luck.

 

check compression, clean the plugs, make sure it has gas and spark
crank it over for a while with the plugs out before you put them back in, just to make sure you got all the crap out.
