Does anyone have information on what I need to do to swap my blown s4 motor for the s5 j-spec that I just bought. Front cover? other parts? Thanks for the help

Depends. If you want to keep the OMP then swap the front cover. If you want to save a pile of work, use all your S4 electronics. Same injectors, alternator, sensors, all that stuff.

Sure here is the needed info.

2 ways of doing it-

1) Swap over your s4 injectors, front cover and OMP (easy enough)

0r

2) Rewire The s5 injector clips onto the S4 harness, if your's is a low imp system (resistor box on the passenger headlight area, silver box) rewire the clip as HAILERS wrote up in a thread labeled "can a wiring Harness?" then swap your front cover, or just premix for the rest of your life....

easy as pie.

I have an 87 Turbo II and I will install a J-spec S5. I will use Electromotive Tec-2 ECU. I think that the main problem is the wiring harness. With a wiring diagram from an S4 and S5 you will find were the cables will fit.
