That is stock, and it depends on the size of the streetport.

Ya stock NA, mid 16s or so. Streetported? Uhh, just a streetport and nothing else done? Maybe 15.5 or so. I don't think you see much gains without opening up the exhaust and intake on a SP engine.

Naw, you need to open everything else up to accomodate the port volume potential.

With a fully decked out N/A, with dyno tuned fuel computer, nice street port, no emmisions, full intake, exhaust, etc, you can run low 14's to 14 flat, depending on the weight of your car.
I've never seen one break into 13's before, but I'm sure you could with a fully stripped car and a Haltech.

You would probably have to replace the rearend or transmition after one attempt (If you're lucky), but if you ran some fat slicks and brought it the car off the line like at 7k rpms on a car such as i or bambams, you would probably run in the 13s.

Well, a good freind of mine has an 86Base and ran a 14.6 on stock ports with these mods --Electirc fan, TB mod, Straight pipe from the stock manifold (yeah, you heard that right..) to a single muffler, some cold air intake he made with and extra tube and a dremel tool , the 6pt sleeves removed, and i think thats about it, and some 17" wheels and the rear springs cut just a tad to lower the rear just a bit. Im extreamly sure that even with just a Street port this car would be in the 13s, and probably deep in the 13s with a bridge or even Partial bridge. As a matter of fact, its "Detruich" on the forum. Have a nice day

MAN! All you SE owners runnin low 16's and high 15's. Makes my GXL look sooooooooo slow. But my GXL does weigh quite a bit more, I guess. Going back on Wed to test the short shifter, and see how much I gain from that. I might have my modded TB on there by then, I am not sure. I just wanna bust a 15.999. hahahah

Go x1.5 to get a rough estimate. a 9.8 is around a 14.7.

why does everyone say that it is a 16 sec qmile its supposed to do a 15.5 q/mile or is that right outof the factory? i have a new engine, in a lighter frame. I think mine does way faster then a 16 sec q/mile, but i'm not sure
