I know someone that ran a 15 flat with intake, a pacesetter header and a catback with a racing beat clutch. Street tires too.

Hey guys, I went to the track a couple of months ago and I hit 14/3 at 99.8mph. Launch sucked it was like .843 or something. This was the first time i ever raced at the track. My mods are street ports, racing beat exhaust,fcd,intake,10ilbs of boost stock fuel system. What do you think I should do? What am i doing wrong. Note that my shocks are bad the clutch isn't great and rear dif mount is broken. Any ifo would be great

Your reaction time (.853) has no bearing on the final time unless you are bracket racing. You could sit there at the light for 15 seconds then go and your final time would still be like 14.3@99.8mph. But with a 100mph trap you could probably hit 14 flat or break into the 13s with a strong launch.

Do you think that my shocks, differential mount and stock clutch had something to do with it?

an electronic boost controller like the EVC 4 will let u set boost as low as the stock setting for the wastegate (as in stock boost).

wrong. only if you have the wastegate to go along with it. if you have a full 3" exhaust youll be at around 10#. if you set the ebc to 5# and have the stock wastegate your gonna creep. but if you have a wastegate that can handle the additional exhaust flow then a boost controller can raise or lower boost.
