[Help] Loud clicking sound coming from steering column

My horn has started going off for extended periods of time in my ‘87 so I disconnected it recently. Since then, a loud clicking sound can be heard whenever I turn or wiggle the steering wheel. Nothing seems to have changed with the car and she still runs well, but it is loud enough to be a bother and I am also not sure what it is. My current guess is the metal pin that is usally pressed up to the back of the steering wheel to relay the horn signal is causing the issue, but as to why I’m not sure. I have am aftermarket steering wheel installed to a short hub with no horn connection so that pin currently rubs on the metal back face of the hub. I attached a video link so you guys can see what I mean, any insight is appreciated.

what short hub you using? looks like it has up and down play, is the nut that holds the hub on tight?
