Any Ideas?..you need to elaborate..you are too vague.
How does it "try" to start..what sounds it makes..
have you compression tested the engine yet?>Changed plugs?checked anything under the hood yet?

it winds and then starts. it takes a while for it to turn over. cleaned the spark plugs. checked the voltage on the battery. I'm just not sure if the CPS is reading correctly and firing wrong.
