It goes directly on the AFM.

Dude, not to be an *** but, how come you were able to remove the air box and not able to figure out where that goes?

Just curious...did you remove the filter box with the AFM still attached and then didn't see the AFM on the car?

Happens to the best of us...just last week I was filming with a new camera after reading almost every page of the instructions. Left the lens cap on for two minutes.

Its not that, when i got the filter, the adapter was ON the filter wrong, so i couldnt figure how it would fit.. then i looked at the picture and removed the adapter then it finally came to sense.. lol but NOW i have another problem.. I have finished installing it and put everythign back together, there is another hose that goes to the old filter box but the AFM doesnt have anything to plug dat hose in but the filter box.. now that i have the cone, that hose is left opened? what should i do, also my other problem is, It wont start after INstalling it..

Yeah, your gonna need to grab one of the tiny filters off of ebay for a couple bucks for that hose.

Something like this:

or dont get a filter at all. especially if you dont care about your emissions. just take the air pump belt off and remove the hose

Just put a regular breather form an autozone to do it cheap. But you will hear it whistle. Best thing you can put there is a motorcylcle breather. The're a bit bigger and dont whistle.

I had this same problem just a month or so ago. make sure to check everything for a possible vacuum leak.

Well, it started fine before i put that on, so i am not sure why i would have a vacuum leak right after? I mean it'll crank but wont turn over.. Im not sure if that hose that is open is causing it to NOT start...

that hose is not causing it not to start. it just goes to the air pump. check for vacuum leaks^^ it might be flooded too.

It cant be flooded, i've only TRIED to start it twice.. I mean it usually starts after 1-2 seconds, so when i tried cranking it for more then 3 seconds it didnt start, i stopped..

Well, I took apart the AFM again, inside there are 3 Wires sticking out and someother stuff inside thats not STICKING out, the connectors that goes inside the AFM are all fine but the fact that one of the wires is messed up and cannot lock into the connectors might be causing it not to start?

Wiggle the plug at the connection and make sure it's in all the way. The wire on the plug is just to make sure it doesn't unplug easily.
