Leave them alone. I would never paint factory wheels.

White/gold/gunmetal/green??? Gross. Don't insult the convertible BBS wheels like that. Original silver with locking center caps is the only way, because they look damn good like that.

If it were mine id leave the rims stock but paint the inners and the inside of the combs or whatever you call it black to make the wheels appear larger

Thank you. I wish people would figure this out and stop embarrassing themselves.

Painting the center of a wheel and leaving the lip polished (or a lighter color) should only be done on 17's (really 18's) because it always makes the wheel look AT LEAST 1" smaller than it actually is (dependinding on the size of the lip). So you can imagine how stupid it would look if one were to start off w/ 15's...

I have spray painted black vert rims on my vert... and honestly it looked cool for a little while because it was different... but I now like stock vert rims better.

I had Lincoln mesh (very similar to the verts, but less of a lip) on my FC painted gold with metallic flake, and silver lip, looked pretty good to me.

Sorry aren't the like a 6in or 6.5 for width? Pretty weaksauce if u ask me. Keep the pizza cutter sizes for winter driving.

The problem is painting the centers a dark color. As mentioned earlier, light colors such as white, gold, or silver are usually fine.

why paint the stock mesheys.... i say because some of us are broke, and cant buy real rims. keeping the car running is hard enouf... haha and because vert wheels are sooooo light, why get heavy rims..... gold vert rims FTW!!
