Yeah, it would. So would an FD. Or a ZO6. Or a 911.

But I don't own any of those. :P

(sorry about the terrible quality video, it came off my cellphone...you can see the outline of the rotor, then the laser moves to begin cutting out the lettering)

After some touchup with the dremel, the clear and blue layers fit together perfectly. I built a frame out of oak, stained, and varnished it:

It was time to assemble everything and put the finishing touches on the project. I built four LED boards, two with 9, and two with six LEDs, for a total of THIRTY 11000MCD leds. These were then tucked into grooves in the frame I had machined before assembling it.

I cut a piece of wood for the back, and after experimenting with a couple different reflectors, I decided on crumpled tinfoil. It makes a really interesting reflection, like ice would. The tinfoil was crumpled, straightened, glued into place, and trimmed. The back was then attached and wiring ran to a plug and a power supply. This is a temporary solution until I get home and have access to my drill press to mount a switch on the frame somewhere.

Finished pictures:

Lit up!

This throws off as much light as a lamp! (or maybe just a bar sign)

You should totally give one for free to whoever provided the image *cough cough*

j/k. Turned out really good. I think I'd be interested in buying one if you decide to sell them.
