My (s5) front bumper doesnt have the mazda logo sticking out of the front bumper.
my friend pointed it out and it makes sense to because i thought my front bumper didnt have a perfect fit when I bought it.

I remember a few years ago, Black Dragon was carrying non-Mazda-OEM replacement bumper skins. There were a couple threads which suggested the fit of the front cover was really pretty bad, and I think that version did not have the Mazda logo on it either.

Most buying a bumper because of impact. The front of a FC is like paper, very easy to bend and will lead to any bumper being a rough fit.
The nicest hood I ever had on my vert was a $100 aftermarket steel hood, it was perfect, fit better then the alum mazda original
this is a HUGE problem catering to the FC crowd, they expect a front end part to bolt itself up to the car not accepting that their 20+ year old car has probably had a tough life and nothing is that easy
this is one of the main reasons I dont care to sell front lips anymore, some people get it and some do not

My friend bought one 5 or 6 years ago from "Crash and Rust" to rebuild the nose of his car. It turns out the bumper is about 1/4 in. wider then OEM. He adjusted the fenders to line up but his hood gap is now out of wack. When we respray his car in the spring, we're putting an OEM nose back on.
