Has it ever ran? When did it start doing this?
Judging by how it doesn't even sound like it wants to turn over, I'll say deflood it first by removing the egi fuse and all spark plugs, crank it for a while, squirt some oil in the chambers, and then put fresh plugs in. If that doesn't work, let us know.
Also, its cold there so make sure your BAC is working.

Check plugs first, if they are pointy then they need a change. i could not get the oem plugs first so i ended up getting some snowmobile plugs BR8ES i think they were and it fired right up.
Another thing is the MAF try putting it flat, i had a prob with my CAI the guy put on the car that flapper door was not opening. Although it could be a small vac leak aswell that was a culprit at one point. Not enough vac wont open the flapper door enough.
But as said previouly check for spark and fuel. Fuel you will smell and you should here the pump.

Sounds blown; take off the radiator cap and crank it a few times.
If it bubbles up then you know the engine is blown.
Much better to check this first than check all these other things first.

Too old for this
It's a turbo. There are no aux ports.
Also, you say it's an S5 swap, but that is the S4 AFM. I don't know enough about the turbo engines to know if the engine itself is an S5, but if you have some S4 electronics, you need to have all of them. Mixing and matching sensors and ECUs causes problems.
After listening to the video, it's not even trying to fire. Start at the beginning and verify fuel, air, and spark.

OP has a s4 tii chassis.(i love gold S4 TII BTW) You have a s5 tii block but want to be using:
S4 T2:
Harnesses
Injectors (Tan color)
boost pressure sensor N318
Throttlebody/TPS
Airflow meter N318
ECU N332
OMP unless its blocked and your premixing
Did you buy this car not running? Make sure you have those parts. Check compression, fuel, spark and make sure fuel lines are backwards.

Yeah The car is not giving me spark. I am going to check the MAIN FUSES today. Hopefully that will do it. Also does anyone have a picture of how the fuel lines are supposed to go? sorry I am not the best in rotarys.. Just love em.
