Nice reference to Tokyo Extreme series! Possibly one of the best racing series ever!

 

definitely one of my favorite spoilers for an fc and jerd tokyo xtreme racer series is the ****

 

i love the tokyo extreme racer series, i wish they would do another highway game. i loved the drift dynamics in drift 2. every little mod made a difference in the way the car handled. i wish they would make a part 3 and maybe release it for the xbox 360. i love the arcade feel of those games.

anyways, back on topic. i want that spoiler.

it's a shame the "Corolla Car Club" doesn't meet local near me anymore (i used to have an ae86 hatch, was planning a 13b swap). there was a guy in my local area that would build those style spoilers for the ae86 hatch out of stock mr2 87-89 side skirts and some body filler. they looked amazing, too bad i don't have any pics. i wonder if he could make them for fc's? i assume it's the same concept.

anyways just a thought.

 

Import Tuner Challenge. It's pretty much the same game. I remember when i first got Tokyo Extreme Racer 2 on Dreamcast. That game was so much fun!!!

 

Import tuner challenge was actualy made by the same company and was the last installment of the highway series games. However, the car selection was reduced dramaticly and no fc :-(. The graphics were obviously better but I couldn't get into the game.

The only thing I disnt like about txr3 was that you could have your car fully built and beat up everyone and then lose to a team leader (boss) with the same car as you and they just walk away like your not even trying. Still though, all in all one of my fave games of all time. Give us nice classic Japanese sports cars and an fc2000 body kit with a yoursport spoiler and a custom 2 tone paint job. That **** os sick.

Anyways, how are those replicas coming along? Hopefully it takes a lil bit to get in prodyction. I gotta build a new motor.

 

I played ITC so much! Very addictive game, FC's would have been nice add-on.

If only ITC had the amount of cars the other TXR games had then it would have been the best. Genki needs to make another TXR game, especially if they remake one of the Drift ones.

 

get your miles up swap a v8 in a fc3s and desimate all rivals no boss stoud a chance for me.

The jrx looks more like a wangan wing than a yourssport wing.
