I am debating whether or not I should get these mirrors, any pictures with FC's that have them would help me decide. Thanks.

"I cant see!" "Its to hard to see!" "My fingers hurt!" Sounds like a bunch of whiney hags. Get the mirrors they are sweet as hell and accent the FC body nicely. As long as you didnt just have cataract surgery you should be able to see just fine (they key is adjusting them to where they need to be). Besides i dont care how big or small mirrors are, they still have a blind spot and cant be trusted.

 

maybe it's b/c of my seating position but i can't adjust mine enough to see where i want to see, which is my main problem.

i'm actually partial to the other style aero mirror that REA offers.

 

Aren't there three different styles? Would somebody be able to post pictures of everything they have?

I believe RE made 2 versions: the type 1's and the type 2's...the version most people posted and even the ones I currently have are Type 2's...I will however be swapping them later in the year to the type 1's...The third mirror is made by a company called Aero Palace...its the one that is on the FC in Initial D...I'll see if I can find a picture of a car with the type 1's and post it later but for now here is my car:

I don't think anyone sells them anymore....in fact, I think RE discontinued the type 2s. I know they discontinued the type 1's. Your best bets are ebay and yahoo auctions japan.
