Progress on my 7
So I bought this car back in April. It's a 1986 gxl non turbo. It was in pretty rough shape when I got it. Ran great, just the body and the years of neglect were its drawbacks. In April a heater hose blow and the car slightly overheated. I suspect a coolant seal was on its way out because it was burning coolant. In may when my clutch went out I decided to take it off the road and begin work on it.
Since may I replaced the driver rear quarter panel, did a ton of body work, swapped out the interior from my s5 because the mice destroyed the original. Pulled the motor cleaned it, painted it, and now im just waiting for some gaskets in the mail to put it back together.

update
Well in the last week, I've gotten most of the motor together. I am just waiting on my clutch, which should be here Monday before I put it back in the car. My plans for the car are to build a 6 port turbo over the winter. So for now I am throwing the TII front cover on so when it comes time, I dont have to take apart half the motor. I'll just block off the oil drain with a flange and a bolt.
