Power steering / AC delete question

Can you remove the Power Steering parts but keep the AC? I'm looking at the bracket and it looks to have two pulleys. Could i simply remove one? I know use of different sized belts may be involved but just wanted to make sure? And I know this may be a dumb question so I apologize in advance.

Im looking to grab the Chips manual steering rack.

Each accessory has its own belt so yes you could. I would consider cutting the bracket in half though. The bracket looks kinda stupid sticking out with nothing bolted to the top.

I also like to add that I wasn't happy with my p/s removal. But perhaps the chips manual rack makes a difference
