Post Some Pics of your FC! :D <- Pics of your car go in this thread!!
Did you get a chance to weigh them? Ive looked it up on mustang forums, but people say anything from 20 to 30 which isn't very useful information
I am swapped as well. As stupid as this sounds. You need heavy wheels. With a V-8 you have very low end torque and with a fc you are running 3.90 to 4.10 ratio. It will be harder to get the wheels turning(in theory) but because that they are heavier it will grab sooner. Prime example. We put 20s on an elcamino with sport tires on it and it hooked up better than draglights with bfgs.

sounds a little weird to me.. i guess it makes sense, but i'm pretty sure bigger heavier wheels will have negative effects on performance.. either way your car has a v8 and will be faster than me no matter what so what ever hahaha

oooo i just cant get enough... i have to say more. listin to your rx7 brethren young padawon! this camino had more traction off the line right? not really. all u did was increase the weight of the wheel witch is more mass to get rotating witch takes away from the amount of torque you apply to the pavement because your using more engine power to move the wheel instead of the car. you also increased the circumfrance of the wheel witch lowers your acceleration due to the increased amount of time it will take to make a complete revolution of the wheel. so you didnt increase traction my friend, you lowered applied power and acceleration... you made it slower
only the first coat STILL NEEDS 2-3 more plus wetsanding plussss clear coats and then wetsanding and buffing but went on a cruise and found this spot
